Finally the track team has a new coach, yay! Now we have a coach, we somehow have a sense of direction. These are what we did for after training, we did cool down by stretching to our maximum and it kinda looks like some sex poses luh, quoted by my track-mate. I even vomitted straight after im done with training. And today is my first time coming back for training after such a long time. The last time I ran was a month ago which is Republic Run! Now all my stamina are gone. Sob sob :'( I need to build back my stamina again. Argh, so annoying! Im not gonna give up until my POL-ITE competition in October. Jiayou!^^
